I wanted to count many ants around the sugar-water-drop. But ten was the highest number. Have to try again one time but so it is my last picture for the 1-10 project.

Once in Spain. This was during a trip with students to spain. We visited the monastery Montserrat near Barcelona. Early in the morning clouds were filling the valley (as you can see in the background). It was so wonderful!

Actually, I wanted to choose a photo of four burning candles on a Christmas wreath, but it just does not fit into August. The picture which I have now selected, fits rather well into autumn. But it reflects quite well my current mood. Sun ist shining around a few dry leafs.
