The Wonders of Mallorca: Post card from L’Arenal beach

The Wonders of Mallorca: Post card from L’Arenal beach
We stumble upon this popular-with-the Brits beach resort whist flitting away our last hours on the Island. This is the kind of view that many British holidaymakers associate with Majorca - I think. Located exactly one mile from the end of runway 06L, we still have time for a last Sangria before entering the airport, losing the rented car and boarding our plane. Alas, all good things must come to an end! See PiP

That concludes my visit to Mallorca series, I hope that you enjoyed it.

Best seen full screen.

Yes that's enough from there now. Like you, I take a lot of photos when on there holidays. Glad you enjoyed this series and you found it perhaps enlightening. Still the ends of the Lakes and Yorkshire coast trips to put on here, maybe a week on each. Yes, we did enjoy that last drink.

A beautiful sky Herb! This is where we stayed on our first visit to the Island in about 1992. Very good PiP....well, one has to doesn't one ;-)) Take care, Rosa.

Ah Rosa, so you prove my words true. My sister also had a holiday here. Glad you liked this one and yes, the drink was great and cool.

Glad you received my card in the post Keith, although it was posted in 2014 :) Great that you enjoyed the series. Still the ends of the Lake District and Yorkshire coast trips to put on here, maybe a week on each. The drink was great.

A typical postcard from a tourist beach area!
I prefer the pictures of the island's interior!
Thanks for the series!

Moin,

Danke Weard.

Yes, the days of such holidays as this are strangers to us now too. However, at very long last we are seeing some new light at the end of this dark tunnel. Like in Germany, we have many that try to flout all the rules too. I do hope that Europe starts to do better with this Pandemic. - Certainly, a distrust of the main vaccine does not help in any way! My wife and I are due our second vaccine over the next few weeks and are looking forward to a possible self-catering holiday in May.

Ah yes Jose, a very popular beach here for a number of reasons. I am sure you are aware that it is not the kind of place we tend to stay at. Preferring, like you, the more quite and scenic resorts without too much noise and in fact without too many people too. Glad you enjoyed, like me, the sky.

Keep very safe. Herbert
