Nice boarder you gave this Herb. You're right. almost looks like selective color. Nice scene.

Glad you liked it Frank. It is in fact 'Selective Colour', or at least it is mainly toned monochrome with the doorway and window kept in its original colour. Glad you liked the border.

I do know what you mean about places like this where there are incredible sights like this everywhere you turn. When Steve and I were in Provence, France, the towns were just brimming with incredible pictures to take.

This is a very fine picture, well done.

Always good to see you here Janet. Something I guess, quite different from your mountain landscapes from back home. Although landscapes like yours are still my favourite passion too, I do enjoy scenes like this. The mono treatment added to this give a little more expressive freedom maybe. Yes - Provence like many parts of Italy and Spain offer many offerings of this nature too. All a great pleasure to try and capture. Again -always appreciate your comments about my gallery.
