Good morning Toz. I realised as I was looking again on Google maps of this canal system, that I had wrongly thought this was the same 'Trent and Mersey' Canal as beyond the bridge. I mourne the days when you could look at GE and see all the info titles of such places along with our beloved Panoramio pictures and descriptions. I now have to juggle between GE and GMaps with their much reduced info. The present phone photo uploads on there are also useless as far as descriptions are concerned. Bring back the good old days. - Great that you enjoyed this one, my last of these now.

Was a great little spot Ulrich. Unfortunatly I did not have the time to explore very far but in the 200-500 metres I walked, I took plenty of nice shots. Glad you enjoyed them.

Beautifully composed with a lovely silvery leading line. The light and dappled shadows are lovely, as are the canal boats! Very nicely captured Herb!

These canal scenes can look so good, as you know Keith. Not too difficult to take a nice snap when you have stuff like this. Cheers for the look-in. ~ Herb
