Oh what a beautiful Winter

There's something about snow and sun that makes it all worth it. We don't get too much of this here -when it snows, its dull and cold and miserable but on this day in our local park, the world was once again beautiful. Just a few hours of snow before a sudden thaw making my trip out, well worth it.

I totally agree with your notes Herb. I was in Herefordshire before Christmas and was lucky to have the "right" kind of snow and when the sky was blue the next day, it was stunning. Love these pictures!

Thanks Roasalyn, good that you see this weather in the same light as I do. I think Hereford had a lot of snow, like us, last week but not much sun to go with it. You have to get those boots on with the old camera and shoot whilst you can. Once we are too frail for that then half of the fun of our hobby has gone.
