Herb your efforts out in the cold have been well worth the cold and discomfort. this is one that really shows as a stunning photo. you can feel the cold in this shot.

Thanks a lot Steve. After this the weather deteriorated somewhat. I managed some more blizzard shots in the afternoon but today, after a further night of snow and gale-force winds I had to hang my camera up in defeat! Glad you enjoyed this one.

Thank Peter. Funny thing was, for once, it was not the wrong kind of snow at all. This was real Alpine powder snow, whipped up by strong winds.
