Pretty Things

Taken indoors in natural light and using a white card as background. On the computer I changed the white background to give it a "cool" blue look. I also added a white border, which you'll notice if you view large, which I recommend.
All these items have been picked up over the years mainly in charity shops etc., purely for the purpose of photographing them. Now that has been done, they'll go back to a charity shop for someone else to use.
Hope you like it.........and thanks for looking :-)

Keith Burton club has replied to Jaap van 't Veen clubThe background gives a water idea, suppose it was the purpose.
Funny to think you can trade them, here so common! Less and less because some species like seahorses are endangered also because the big fishing boats with their trawl nets destroy all the seabed and break all the shells that now reach the beach mostly in pieces.
If it can make someone else happy...
Keith Burton club has replied to Xata clubWe don't really get many shells that are as pretty as these, and I've never seen the star fish and and sea horses like this before.......but I thought they'd make an interesting photo which is why I bought them. I have so many bits and pieces now and I'm running out of room, so donating them back to the shop is the best way to go.
Happy Wednesday!
Keith Burton club has replied to Rosalyn HilborneDefinitely have a look through Sophie's collection! Enjoy the rest of your day!
