River Otter Estuary, Budleigh Salterton, Devon

Such a beautiful place, but out of shot there is an amazing amount of work going on which will include creating mudflats and saltmarsh, moving a road to protect a disused landfill site from erosion, and relocating a cricket club. The restoration of this land will enable better management of flooding, absorb carbon, and provide benefits for people and wildlife.

Keith Burton club has replied to Tanja - Loughcrew clubIf we don't protect these ecosystems, eventually they'll disappear and our planet will be in even more trouble than it is.
