Cobblestone Abstract

Cobblestone Abstract
Taken at the entrance to the Bishop's Palace Gardens in Chichester, West Sussex. The palace dates from the 12th Century, so I imagine these cobblestones are around the same age. I wonder how many people have walked over them since they were laid?

I took this photo just after it had stopped raining while the sun was shining on the wet stones.

Wow,welch gigantische Aufnahme hast du gemacht lieber Keith,da hattest du Glück,dass vorher der Regen war,denn der hat dieses Kopfsteinpflaster richtig zum Leuchten gebracht mit einen tollen Licht,ein normales Motiv,das du zu was Besonderes wieder gemacht hast :))

Funnily enough I was at this exact location today.........I was hoping for some autumn colour in the gardens, but most of the trees were bare.

Oh,das ist bei mir auch der Fall lieber Keith und gestern hatte es ein paar cm Schnee gegeben,war aber trotzdem ein tolles Geühl auf meiner Runde durch den Pulverschnee zu laufen :))
