Spider Warning..!! Move along if you don't like them........

I fount this beast under an old house brick in my back garden and managed to coax it into posing for me.
A bit of research reveals it is a Noble False Widow Spider. I'm not sure whether it is a male or female, as the detail in this shot isn't good enough. Females have been known to bite humans, but only in response to being threatened or disturbed. Apparently, the bite is similar to a wasp sting but otherwise harmless unless you have an alllergy to such things.
It looks a bit better viewed large, if you're up to it.

Pleasant and safe weekend.
Have a great weekend, Keith!
De son nom international : Steatoda nobilis
C'est une espèce introduite , dont la morsure peut être embêtante , mais comme l'explique Keith , il faut les laisser tranquille

Keith Burton club has replied to Janet Brien clubI love Jumping Spiders........I quite often find them on the walls of my gardens shed. I've taken a few pics of them, but I've never got one I was really happy with.
