This bench, is on the platform of Hayling Island Railway, Hampshire - a small, narrow gauge, privately owned railway that runs along the seafront. Note the antique luggage next to the bench.

A very nice bench but I love the vintage luggage Keith. It is a feature in many of the stations along the West Somerset Railway Line. I love it. It tells of an earlier time when trains were so widely used. Have a good new week.

It runs very frequently in the warm summer months, but only occasionally for special occasions in the winter. I expect there will be a "Santa Special" for the children a bit nearer to Xmas.
