BTW you have the same mixing bowl I do; it is part of a set that was a wedding present over 38 years ago, from my high school best friend. The friendship had long ended, but I still have the bowls, lol!

Oh that's so funny, Val. This was the first set of mixing bowls (and a casserole dish) that I got 40 years ago. It was a "house warming" present from my sister for my first apartment in Seattle. This is the only bowl that has survived all these years. I have seen that I could replace them on eBay if I want lol
