Long Way There

Long Way There
Sight and Sound

(Through my car's windshield.) I love how spring has sprung and everything is green.

From their first and self titled album (1975) Little River Band

It's a Long Way There (it's not just a song. It's an adventure!)

As Norbert says "LOUD or off" :D

Long Way There or: Long Way There

A beautiful image - I love the sunlight through the trees and the shadows across the road. Great shot Karen. Hard to believe it was taken through the windshield, - I guess you must have clean glass, clear air and no bugs where you are! Lol!! Love the track, - they are a great band.

Well, it rains a lot here and there's wiper fluid in the car so the windshield gets cleaned regularly. Thanks, Carol. :)

Thanks, Esther. Washington is actually called "The Evergreen State." We get lots of rain here.

Such beautiful light and magical green tones. An ace musical match for 'Sight and Sound'. I don't know much about the Little River Band but I like this lots and lots :-) I can't really play it LOUD 'cos in 45 minutes or so it will be midnight here and the neighbours might come around banging on the door :-) So, I'll have to listen LOUD tomorrow :-) A faved entry and thank you for posting, Karen.

Yes, we wouldn't want to wake the neighbors. ;)

Thanks so much, Roger. It does get so green here in the spring, but I think our climates are similar from what I've heard.
