Some beer

I took advantage of a rare outing to a restaurant to try a new beer, or new to me. Even though this brewery is only twenty km from my door, and the label says it's been in existence since 2017, I hadn't heard of it until now.

As a "red ale," I think it is too sweet and I couldn't finish all 500 ml of it. (I am pretty finicky when it comes to beer. And I think a lot of beer is made these days by and for people who don't actually like beer.)

Oh well. I like their bottle. And the name, Farmer's Riot, which refers to the locally famous Battle of Foxtrap, about 140 years ago.
