Along the hiking path leading to the lighthouse you can see this strange building. It appears to have been a boathouse, but it is known as the "Devil's Chapel", probably because of the chimeras on its roof and the bullet holes in its back wall. ....

ELLE S'APPELLE LA "CHAPELLE DU DIABLE". Le long du sentier des douaniers menant au phare, on voit ce bâtiment étrange. Il semblerait que c'était un abri pour bateaux, mais il est connu sous l'appellation "chapelle du diable", probablement à cause des chimères qui ornent son toit, et son mur arrière où l'on voit distinctement des impacts de balles....

SIE WIRD "TEUFELSKAPELLE" GENANNT. Entlang des Wanderfades, der zum Leuchtturm führt, sieht man dieses seltsame Gebäude. Anscheinend war es ein Bootshaus, doch es ist unter dem Namen "Teufelskapelle" bekannt, wahrscheinlich wegen der Chimären, die sein Dach schmücken, sowie seiner Rückwand, an der man deutlich Einschusslöcher sieht....
