"Notre Dame de l'Assomption" à Quillan est mentionnée dès 930. C'est une église de style roman du XIVème siècle, qui fût restaurée au XVIIème siècle puis agrandie et transformée au XIXème siècle. Le clocher est une tour carrée d'une trentaine de mètres, coiffée d'un toit pyramidal avec des fenêtres plein cintres géminés.
