THERE'S ALMOST NOTHING LEFT of this castle named Bois-Frou. Alone in the middle of the meadows which were once sumptuous gardens, its ruins open the doors of the imagination to reconstruct a disappeared residence... Its origins date back to the 14th C., then it was transformed into a Renaissance style castle after the 100-years-war, partly surrounded by a moat, with a drawbridge, 4 towers at the corners of the main courtyard and beautiful water gardens. During works in 1966, two sarcophagi were discovered, one of which contained an embalmed heart!
