The interesting thing about this photo is that the shadows do not match the position of the birds. Are the birds flapping so fast that the speed of light can not keep up?

Found on Beach Avenue

Saturday Self-challenge: Something on your street. "Lucki's No-Hassle Castle."
This on Beach Avenue in the summer village that my wife's family owns a modest cabin at the lake. This is one of the signs to a different property.
The post does lean to the left, no dutch tilt here.
Iced Coffee

For Macro Mondays 2.0
This is an iced coffee my wife made this week. She poured the hot freshly brewed coffee over a stack of ice cubes.

Macro Monday 2.0: Fabric.
I also introduced back lighting in order to see the light coming through the weaving spaces.
Tuning Forks
Saturday Self-Challenge: Something that starts with T in 1x1 format.
Two tuning forks. They are both chrome coloured but I decided to give them a little colour by playing with the white balance.
If I had one more tuning fork I could have made a Yamaha logo.
