Dynjandi (Fjallfoss)

Dynjandi (Fjallfoss)
Dynjandi is the largest waterfall in the westfjords. The upper cascade (Fjallfoss) is 30m wide at the top, 60m at the the lower end. After Fjallfoss Dynjandisá river forms a series of 5 more cascades until it reaches the valley floor.

Da konnte man schon relativ normal hoch, nur war der Weg nass und rutschig, sodass ich mich nicht ganz hoch getraut habe ohne Stöcke... LG Gudrun

This is magnificent, Gudrun. Without the presence of the little blue dwarf it's a big waterfall. With the presence of the blue dwarf one can see it's enormous! I bet it was noisy too.

Thanks a lot, Amelia! The dwarf's blue jacket was distinctive:-) And of course there was a bit of noise- dynjandi meaning the roaring one,-)

Wenn das bei dir dann so aussieht, machst du irgendwas falsch, poly;-))
Danfoss -Ventile gab's in Island übrigens oft, da stand immer in mehreren Sprachen drauf, dass man nichts über die Heizung hängen soll, damit's nicht kokelt...
