A Grim Reality: A Most (Un)Happy Halloween

Larchmont, NY
Note:
Halloween 2020 is a most Unhappy Halloween as the world endures the grim reality of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even the dead are more sensible than some of the living and wear masks not wanting to be any deader than they already are! Actually the walking dead, skeletons, witches and other spooky creatures are less scary than the living that refuse to wear masks as they sow the invisible virus all around.
Also during this grim reality, even pumpkins and Jack O’ Lanterns face unimaginable terror as hungry squirrels suffering from a lack of food, an indirect effect of the pandemic, ravage and tear them apart for the seeds. :( Stay safe, try to have a happy Halloween and most importantly, stay well!

belle semaine et journée Will ! bises amicales♫
Your portrait illustrates this dramatically, but sadly, quite rightly.
The children's joy gives way to mourning and concludes this year with a sad outlook.
Love alone is capable of restoring a few colours to your sad but pregnant b&w portrait and to our confined but warm festivities..
I still wish you a pleasant holiday season, William
Let us never loose hope for a much better Christmas and above all a healthy good New Year.
