The sad face reflects the current reality while the unbroken circles represent continuity, physical and economic recovery, and the perseverance of life. The splash of red colors represent love, life and vitality since there is nothing that can extinguish the human spirit and hope since we will ultimately overcome this adversity no matter how dark or grim the days may appear.
