HFF to everybody out there, those who are locked down (again), those who are on "soft lockdown", those who are in red-orange-yellow zones, those who have to fend for themselves because their government says it's up to the individual, and the few lucky ones whose country was tough enough to slam the door on the virus face (I know of only two such countries at this time, New Zealand and Taiwan, but perhaps there are more?). Wherever you are and whatever disruption you are facing because of the pandemic, I hope for this weekend you can turn your thoughts elsewhere and do something that makes you feel good.

Thank you very much, Gudrun. You would do well, because they are not edible. Birds love them, though and will soon feast on the bonanza!
It is a good thing to have Ipernity. You guys kept me company during the first lockdown and still cheer me up now that we seem to be back pretty much where we were in March ...
You take care too and have a nice week!

Good to hear, George. As my husband is American and I have lived in the States part of my life, I keep close tabs on the situation there and the States that chose to follow the lax attitude of the federal government are seeing a sharp increase in cases, including places like the Dakotas, with very low population density and with mostly rural population. No one, nowhere can afford to ignore this menace. Of course the Northern Hemisphere also has the added problem that it is now in winter and this virus has shown a clear propensity to thrive in cold settings.
Wishing you and Pauline a good week ahead.
