Unfortunately I couldn't find anything about it. Maybe one of our German friends may know..
I just happened to see it as I was walking along the street, and thought it a good memory of the trip.

I seem to remember they were made of some kind of metal, so yes a nice smooth finish!!

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences with us. I must say that I did like the old town of Cottbus, but didn't have very long to appreciate it. There is definitely a lot there!!
