Ron, this is totally mind-blowing!! I showed Steve and we just sat there, dumbfounded and mumbling "Wow...wow...wow..." :D What a lucky experience that you were alerted to this show. I would have loved so much to see this. How amazing. LOL, reminds me of the time I went on a blind date with this [moron] to the San Francisco Zoo and to my amazement, there was a young bull giraffe trying to practice on a cow in heat...she was interested in getting the job done, not a bunch of tom-foolery. Both hilarious and fascinating to watch this young fellow trying to figure out what to do...and then my [moron] date insisted we leave because he was embarrassed. Seriously. Embarrassed. Exactly how many times does one get the chance to see giraffes mating right there in front of you? *face/palm* What a loser. Suffice to say, I never saw Mr. Moron again. He actually called a couple of times...wow...just...wow.

I expect that you two have recovered from the insanity of Grand Central Station at your house! Hopefully the flu has left the premises too.

You know, it's funny Ron. I was talking to my brother's wife about you today...I was telling her about Joshua Tree and all of the awesome pictures you've shared...isn't it funny that we don't even know each other face-to-face, but we are friends nonetheless. I love that. :)

Please tell your wife that I said Happy New Year, and that my brother's wife also shares condolences about friends putting leaves on mushrooms before she has the chance to see them! LOL, Nathalie thought it was not fair either, but through an understanding giggle...all of that conversation came about because Steve and Nathalie were in front of me on a trail we were hiking in Marin County, and who are they dragging along behind them? Heh... *blush* .... granted they wanted me to take pictures but still, some dragging by the ear is necessary or Janet will never find her way home! :D
