This is one of the up-sides of lock-down Herb. Beautifully captured and such a delightful shot.

In that when we see nature like this again -it seems twice as good Rosa! Its on the very edge of our expanding lock-down walks. I am still not taking the car to anywhere further so this is from our house. Maybe soon it will be different. My local beauty spot -The Dovestones area has been reportedly like a mad-house of visitors. More there at the moment than I have even heard off. Not for us!

Such a wonderful woodland scene..................with glorious light and dappled shadows and filled with grasses and wild flowers. An oasis of tranquility!

Certainly one from your examples of photography my friend. It is so nice to see nature like this.

Keith, this is not really us being out and about again, as it is on one of our three cycled grand walks that we do two-off, each week as part of our lock-down exercise. However, this is the first time we have ventured as far as Roger Rocks which is about another half a mile or so. Only do-able this time because the swampy paths had dried out as well as the broken style replaces.

Hope to get further, by car soon but to be honest, we are not in any hurry, with all these manly young people taking no notice whatsoever of social distancing in our 'most dangerous place in Britain for numbers of Covid cases and deaths (The North West).

Quite sensible to take a cautious approach Herb. We're not in any hurry to go too far from home yet and certainly not on a hot sunny weekend when everywhere will be busy.

I still think we're opening up to soon............but I'll be very happy to be proved wrong..!!

Quiet lush and rich in wild Flora Herb, a wonderful place to visit, hopefully there are well trod footpaths to view this without having to crush it under foot.
