River Clunie fence

River Clunie fence
We have a choice of fences here on this small river that joins the mighty River Dee only metres from here. As a backdrop we have the famous Braemar Castle. In case you are wondering why a fence should be laid across a river, its possible purpose is to catch floating debris but more likely to foil deer from swimming into the next area.
I wish you all, a great weekend, Herb

Always good to see you Carol. I presume the deer stop does its job well. I am only surprised that flooding etc has not washed the whole thing away, but this is only a small river and so may never really get to flood conditions. Glad you liked it. CU ~ Herb

Thanks a lot Keith. I write this as I try to steady myself for the next lot of written comments to this weeks HFF ( a week later.) As I always say and think, better a late comment than no comment at all, so keep them coming my friend. Cheers, Herb
