Great shot I like the fact it is not colour more an old movie set and I can well imagine footsteps.

Very moody with the reflecting cobbles, the mono tones make it look like something out of an old film! You can certainly imagine a murderer in the prowl there!

Excellent mood in this picture of a street in a rainy and dark night! One exptects Jack the Ripper sneaks around the corner every moment.

More like one of our local hooligans Poly :) As it was, I got my photos and got away perfectly safe. One of those occasions were a friend with me might have been wise. An expensive DSLR on a tripod in these conditions are asking for trouble I suppose. -Very happy that you liked it.

This is very nicely done Herb. I love the light on the cobbled street and the building on the left. To me the dark shadows give this image such a great atmosphere of mystery and perhaps even danger!

Hi Doug, thanks for dropping round. All the conditions were right and I managed to make the most of that with my editing too. Yes, when I look at this now -it does look a bit scary! Would just have liked a bit of floating mist too :)
