Ponte in pietra di notevole arditezza ingegneristica, Si trova sulla strada carrozzabile che da Trasquera porta alla frazione di Bugliaga (sul torrente Rì). La chiesa sorge nel centro dell'abitato di Varzo, in Val Divedro.
