Macro markers
For "Macro Mondays" group 27 February 2023. Topic #298, "Felt-tip pen, fibre-tip pen, marker".
Benches for all
There are three benches here, which should allow everyone to take a rest. The large trees, I'm fairly sure, are examples of Moreton Bay Figs, a species native to Australfig.
Happy Bench Monday and have a good week, everyone.

Large moth
I have to confess that I'm unable to give a positive identification of this moth, which came visiting just as dusk was falling. It was about 50mm long and I suspect is from the Cossidae family. This image achieved with photo stacking of three images and best viewed large. See also the (single shot) PiP image.
Lakes sunset
After a day's driving, it was pleasant to take a stroll with the camera.
Happy Fence Friday and have a great weekend, everyone.
Floats
I'm now back from my latest travels. It was not a "photographic" trip, so not many images to share.
Harbour view
Looking across Wollongong's small harbour. Something here for everyone - lighthouse, water, weather, boats, a bench and even a fence!
I now shall be away until mid next week. Wishing everyone a Happy Fence Friday and an enjoyable weekend.
Wollongong Main Beach
The beach was being well used, with surfers chasing waves and surf classes for groups of youngsters. In the distance the steelworks which come to mind for most Australians when Wollongong is mentioned. The thunderstorm, far away, had weakened when it arrived several hours later. Stitched panorama.
