My wife, daughter and I took a friend to WWT Arundel last Saturday as a treat for her birthday. It was a bit of a grey day, and avian flu had forced the closure of some parts of the site, but we still had a lovely time, even though I took very few photos.

This is part of the main path that circumnavigates the site. The thatched building on the left is where talks and displays take place throughout the year, usually given by volunteer wardens.

Berny, ROL/Photo, Eunice Perkins, Christian H. and 17 other people have particularly liked this photo

Thanks Roger............It's quite luck that there is a "proper" path all the way round the site........especially with all the rain we've had this year.

I'm please you like the photo. I'm sure whoever designed this bit of the site had photographers in mind :-)))

That is the type of pathway that just entices you along it! The birds would be an extra lovely reason to go.

It does, doesn't it. I could hear loads of birds in the reed beds, but they were in hiding..!!
