Do robins sing just to find a mate?. I like to think that they sing for me. The shot is exceptional Keith.

Mainly robins sing to mark out there territory to deter other robins entering it. The are one of the most aggressive garden birds and sometimes fight to the death to defend their little patch!

I suspect you are correct Jean Paul. I keep meaning to go through it and sort it out properly (my digital filing system is very disorganised), but I never seem to have the time and I still keep taking more photos.................

Das stimmt aber auch lieber Keith,bei den Vögeln,aber auch bei den Insekten kommt es einen öfters vor,dass es ihnen sogar gefällt,wenn man sie fotografiert :))
