Yep, there's a fence :) It's a gorgeous shot Keith and very well framed. I like the skeletal trees. It gives the season away even with that great blue sky!

This is a country estate (owned by English Heritage) and open to the public, Jean-luc, but it's not as rural as you might think There is actually a very large town nearby and a busy main road runs behind the wall. Inside the estate is beautifully peaceful.

Superb! HFF Keith - a week late!!!
I may never catch up! I'm very busy and for the whole of April I will be away from my old 'photos' laptop. Although I will of course be able to view and comment on others' photos. it is only my old laptop that can associate with my hard drive where all my photos are. There are historic reasons for this but one thing is that I need to keep my photos well away from work files, etc. (or so says my girlfriend and she may be right!!).

Anyway for April, no uploads from me!
