Snowdrops

I love the snowdrops. When they open their blossoms, winter comes to an end, the days become longer and spring is coming.

Oh my, aren't these just gorgeous!! I love the droplets on the blossoms. Also, your dof and angle are just right. Lovely.

Thanks so much for your comments on my frosty springs! I was very interested to see what you had to say, and I'm not surprised you went for the inset as your favorite. I only wish I had a bit more depth for more frost in focus but I'm happy that people like it anyway! :) As for the rust...isn't it fun to take pictures of anything with rust?! Hard to go wrong there except I have a hard time walking away without MORE pictures! :)

Apart from the beautiful snowdrops I love the rain on the grass, with such good detail Keith and makes the picture quite magical! Pam will love it!

Ein schöner Anblick, Keith! Über Schneeglöckchen freue ich mich jedes Frühjahr, weil sie mit die ersten blühenden Pflanzen sind. Die Wassertropfen auf dem satten Grün vermitteln eine schöne Frühjahrsfrische.
Musstest du dich auf den nassen Boden legen oder hat deine Kamera ein Klappdisplay ?;-)

Thanks Wilhelm. My camera has a folding display and I carry a small waterproof mat with me to kneel on. Lying down is not a problem for me..........but nowadays, getting up again is! :-))

Quite a close up of these adorable little flowers Keith. It looks like there has been an abundance of them this year but I find they are coming to an end now. The water droplets on the grass look great to me too. Great capture.
