Thatched barn and bird hide, WWT Arundel, West Sussex. The hide overlooks the reed beds, part of which has recently been cleared in readiness for new growth.
Happy Fence Friday everyone. I hope you have a wizard weekend :-)

HFF, have a great weekend, Herb
HFF and a nice weekend.
Schitterende opname met interessante details.
Hartelijke groeten.........
Frans.
HFF and a great weekend to you.
HFF and I wish you a very good weekend.
I love this..if I would live in the northern part of germany, I would have a thatched roof..for sure!
HFF for you and enjoy your weekend...as much as you can ;)
Thanks so much for your comments about my snowy burned shack pictures! I was actually planning to make the snowy-capped screw my main image but my husband thought the bit of snow sticking to the plywood knot was more unusual and cool so I went with it! :) Glad you loved the abstract charred-wood abstract, I just love having the excuse to take pictures like that! :) And also, glad you enjoyed the pano, it was so colorful!
Finally, you're right, not many would go out to take pictures in such cold weather but you know as well as I do...some of the best rewards come to us when we bear a bit of discomfort for the potential of some nice pictures! :)
HFF to you too, Keith!
HFF Keith.
The photo itself is well composed, and I really like the colours.
I'm too late for HFF, but have a good weekend.
WWT Arundel is a beautiful place to visit............even when there aren't many birds about, there's always something to take photos of!
Thanks again and I hope you're all enjoying the weekend.
Have a wizard week!!
