Set back to the past... HFF, the last in 2019!

This is really attractive Christa. A charming and delightful scene. The buildings are really lovely.I like the house with the bright blue door and window frames and railings. The pot of flowers add a touch of extra colour and I like th well worn steps.

Thanks Carol, there are a lot of old houses in the narrow streets of Vitré. Btw, it's one of the few places in France where you can see a complete Gothic town, a glimpse of what a city looked like 500 years ago...

A beautiful set of pictures, which I like very much!
Many years ago I was a frequent visitor to the factory at 35370 Étrelles, just outside Vitré. For reasons I can' remember we always used to stay in Rennes, but ventured into Vitré the odd occasion. In is nice to see it properly here in your gallery!

Thanks Peter, I'm glad that I have awakened memories in you... Indeed, Etrelles is just about 8 km form Vitré while Rennes, there are about 40 km. I suppose you remember the quaint narrow streets in Vitré, with the old half-timbered houses... Best wishes, Christa.

What a charming and delightful set here!
I had visited Rennes,Dinan and St Malo about ten years ago. I remember the wonderful old houses with the colourful flowers... Maybe I too can find some pictures in the coming days..

Dieser Eingang ist doch eine Augenweide. Nirgendwo gibt es da gerade Linien. Das kleine Treppengeländer passt da eben auch an.
