Camouflage


This is the only Great Gray Owl that was to be seen on 22 March 2013, NW of Calgary, when I spent the afternoon up in that area. I wouldn't have noticed it, either, if it wasn't for friends, Phil and Rob, who took me to where it was perched - so well camouflaged. This was one very laid-back bird of prey : )
