Greater Scaup female
Yet another photo from my archives, this time of a female Scaup. I had labelled it Greater Scaup at the time - there must have been a reason, so I will leave it as that. Not easy to tell the Greater Scaup from the Lesser Scaup. Photographed (unusually close) in SW Calgary on 11 July 2010.
