A basic no frills fence - and showing the embankment of 'Ladybower reservoir' with the twin valve houses and the most scary... Eastern side.. 'plughole'. The peak in the distance is ''Win hill'' and a footpath to the summit.... for the energetic... starts from this point.

Gotcha'.. thanks 'polytropos'... they are named the 'East and West' draw off towers.. they contain valves for controlling the water flow to the river below.

It is lovely walking area... many paths branch off in all directions.. the distance of travel all depends on ones' level of fitness - or lack of it !!... :-)
