'Boots Folly'.. Strines moor .. near Sheffield.

'Boots Folly'.. Strines moor .. near Sheffield.
A solitary tower.. now occupied by groups of wandering sheep which try to kill you upon entry !!. A 'Folly' built by 'Charles Boot' simply in order to give his workers employment during the 'Great Depression' 1930s.

'Henry Boot' were one of the largest building businesses here in Sheffield.

Ha' ha'... gotcha'... Peggy C'.... that was my bit of silliness... but the sheep did lunge for me - as I entered the tower.. I needed to stand aside as they bolted past...
