HFF to everyone.. from a frosty 'Chesterfield canal'

The 'pip' explains the practice of 'baby dunking'.. fitting a canvas harness around the naked baby then swishing it around in the canal for a few minutes. The picture here is at 'Staveley' en-route into Chesterfield..
