A fence.....some sheep......new lambs..... and the most splendid 'Hardwick hall'.

Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire, UK. is an architecturally significant Elizabethan country house - Built between 1590 and 1597 for 'Bess of Hardwick', the Countess of Shrewsbury and ancestress of the Dukes of Devonshire, it remained in the ownership of her descendants until the mid-twentieth century. She was the richest woman in England after Queen Elizabeth I. Hardwick was last occupied by Evelyn, Duchess of Devonshire, and she remained in occupation of the house until her death in 1960.
The hall is open to visitors as part of the 'National trust network'
