You are right, it is close to th ewar memorial, but on a path down to the river which is not shown on Google map. You can just about see it on Google Earth view though.
The railway viaduct is still in daily use!

Yes, it would have been so nice is a steam train were to pass, but nothing scheduled. Perhaps another day, (or photoshop..)
