I think this could be rosa Pullman Orient Express 2007, but there are lots that are similar.
A very stormy day again with low light levels.

Yes but it was raining hard so I didn't hang around! I too was puzzled by the seeming four centres. But I will have to investigate this in the morning!

That appears to be a quadruple bloom. Yes, roses are difficult to pinpoint unless you're an expert. I don't try, but I do know I like this one. Sunset colors! Does it have a fragrance?
