Yup! The neighbouring village had golf-ball sized hailstones and three lightning strikes that damaged property and one of which blacked out the town.

The Vista is a moody one Andy, thanks to the end of the storm. Ever persistent the rainbow makes her appearance. The light really does add a charming look to those buildings. Like it on black.

They get a lot of these, Eva ... and some storms of late have, indeed, been rather frightening in their intensity! They have a plot of land there and it normally provides 75% of the year's vegetables. This year a hail storm of epic proportions destroyed everything! :o(
