Wolf

These photos are all of animals we've seen coming into Yellowstone National Park from the east over Cody and through Sylvan Pass. Some of the photos were taken just outside the park, as was this, but all the animals can also be seen within the park boundaries and many of them wander freely in and out of the park, sometimes bringing about confrontations with those who live near the park. This wolf is the only one I've ever had opportunity to photograph though many of the other animals are seen near the roads and in the public areas of the park.

Yeah, I've been cooped up too...it's just so darn cold. Not freezing but "in your bones cold", so I just don't want to go out, though I really should. Once I get out of the habit of my daily walks it's tough to get back into it, meh!
Tonight Steve and I are going to see a version of "Whose Line is it Anyway" and one of the really famous guys will be there! Ryan Stiles, along with folks I am not familiar with--Dave Foley, Joel Murray, and Jeff B. Davis...we can't wait! That show reduced me to a quivering mass of tear-streaming hoots and cackles back in the first few years of its airing when it was hosted by Drew Carrey. We've been waiting like fiends for this, what fun! :) Is there nothing like a good laugh?!! :D
I see you've left me a whole BOOK to read on my latest picture, I am going to go enjoy it now! :)
