A Glen Lui postcard

A Glen Lui postcard
As this impressive river tumbles down to the Dee, we can only imagine this scene when it is full of snow and thick ice as it must be every Winter in this higher Scottish Highland scene.
For us, a walk reminiscent of some of the Canadian Rockies valleys.

This is actually the top of the falls in my PiP here.

Hi Eva. I understand your sentiment here. I too, like to see landscapes done in this more traditional manner. As said above, maybe in the style of a 'Turner'. As you know, I also like to make something more like a piece of abstract art too, as seen by my long-shutter speed captures. Both have their place here in my gallery, so a bit for everybody.
