What a lovely pair of pictures to close out your Norwegian coast trip, I really loved the show!

You and your wife have been on my mind and I hope that all goes swimmingly for her and that you two are surrounded by family and wonderful support during this unhappy time. All my best!!

Many thanks, everyone, for your comments on these images and for your very kind messages of support for my wife. I'm glad to report that the operation appears to have gone well and she is likely to be released from hospital in a few days.

I should also add that I have very limited internet access at present, so I shall probably not be active online until next weekend.

I learnt that the Hurtigruten stops are very crowded!?

We didn't find it too crowded, Rainer. About 500 passengers going north, 450 heading south. I'd suggest you maybe also check with Gudrun who has done this trip several times.
