Unfolding Tree Fern Frond

o0o I love to see them slowly unfurl they are
such little beauties for colour and its as they
really are in a deep sleep and wake up to
stretch and unfold ~ how lovely it is ... lets
hope Spring will soon be here and we can
enjoy the lovely fresh green soon oOo

Thank you everyone for all your kind comments and faves. I really love these tree ferns, very much part of the vegetation of the former Gondwana and found around the southern hemisphere.

o0o such enormous "ferns" like this it looks like my
little ferns in the garden ... which I might add do very
well indeed ... although they are not in the shade ...

Yes, they are indeed true ferns - just several sizes larger. Wander among them and think how a bug feels in your garden. Must admit I've never talked to a fern, does it lead to useful conversations? :)

to be a bug in a big fern tree
you would have difficulty seeing me
but if you look close you may just hear
me breathing so please have no fear
dare you look and listen to me ;-)
or will you run away quickly !
