Alte Schreinerweisheit: Holz kann 100x nass werden, wenn es 101x wieder trocknet. Das Zeug hält dann schon "saulang".

Oder die Konstruktion ist DAUERND im Wasser und es kommt kein Sauerstoff dazu. Man denke da an Pfählungen. :-)
