Fred, yes, that's right. A little further down is a large visitor parking lot. From there you can even make a small round trip with the wheelchair.

Berny, ja, war schön.
Geklettert habe ich leider nie, trotz Wohnens in einem Alpenland. Aber ich hatte eine sportliche Betätigung, die das gar nicht mehr zuliess. :)
Zu deinem Picknickplatz bist du wohl auf => diese Weise gekommen (siehe PiP). ;-)

I remember the Levi Ski Resort in Northern Finland. They even have Ski World Cup races! On a "mountain" that is 530 m high. (My daily residence is at about 570 m.) ;-))

Und ja, das mit dem Weinanbau stimmt. Habe schon gelesen, dass in England Weingebiete entstehen, für Weine, die es vor 30 Jahren nur in Italien gab. :-)
